Jerry Brown directed the
Master Planning Study for the expansion and upgrade of existing
facilities at the Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover, MA. The scope
of services included a visual evaluation of existing site features,
development of alternative design schemes, study sketches, studies
of entrances and service locations, a phasing study with cost
evaluations, a rendered master plan, maintenance guidelines, and
development standards. Meetings with the Town's Cemetery Committee
were held regularly throughout the process. The complete Cemetery
Master Plan Study is an innovative plan that incorporates modern
concepts while maintaining a strong physical tie between new and
existing elements.
