Working with the Carol/Mayer Reed Team, G Brown Design is consulting as the cemetery designers and landscape architects on the 270 acre Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon. The project includes construction of a new columbarium niche complex with an additional 10,000 niches to meet the cemeteries growing needs. GBD provided schematic and design development plans and produced construction documents for the new columbarium. A number of various site improvements at the cemetery include: installation of approximately 4,500 pre-placed lawn crypts, site drainage improvements, wayfinding signage and new restroom facilities.
