G. Brown Design, Inc. provided preliminary design, initial grading, irrigation and planting design for The Fairways at Wolf Creek, a resort community surrounding the Wolf Creek Golf Course in the majestic Wasatch Mountains. The master plan utilized the natural beauty of the site as an amenity by preserving the streams and mountainous terrain. Each building lot was carefully located to avoid disturbing native oak stands and natural drainages.
