G. Brown Design prepared a schematic design that located the nine apartment buildings on the project site. GBD was retained to design an overall planting plan for the entire site and a detailed planting plan for the clubhouse area. The primary goal of the planting design was to minimize both unnecessary tree removal and encroachment onto nearby wetlands. A walking trail that meanders throughout the grounds is proposed for the future.
