Working with plans designed by Zions Securities, G. Brown Design, Inc. created a master plan for a new 245-acre planned housing development in Mapleton, Utah. GBD is also providing ongoing Site and Landscape Architectural services for a variety of housing types along greenways, a regional trail system, the Bonneville Shoreline Trail and a proposed golf course. Villa Country Style Homes are part of a compact active adult component, surrounded by one acre and larger single-family lots.
