Daybreak Model Home Park, South Jordan, UT

G. Brown Design, Inc. was recently selected to provide Design/Build services for a Model Home Park in Village II of the new Daybreak development, Kennecott Land's first community on Salt Lake Valley's West Bench. We worked with Valley Crest Landscape Development to oversee construction and installation of the landscape.

The park includes demonstration gardens, a children's play area, rose trellis', stone paving, benches, patio tables with chairs and umbrellas, a large lawn area, and a cedar picket fence.
