Quinn's Junction Recreation Complex, Park City, UT

G. Brown Design, Inc. worked as the primary Landscape Architect for the new Quinn's Junction Recreation Complex in Park City, Utah. GBD's role in this project was to combine the needs of the community, the extensive program provided by the Syderville Basin Special Recreation District, and the natural conditions of the site, into a functional design concept.

It was critical that the project maintain the integrity of the existing wetlands while blending the development into the surrounding open space to create an important recreational node for the Park City community. The program includes a new indoor ice arena, maintenance facilities, a playground, an artificial turf soccer field, and several multi-use natural turf soccer and softball fields.
