For more than 200 years, this 150-acre parcel
of land was a working farm. While restoring the property, G. Brown
design, Inc. took steps to preserve the rich history of the land
while adding updated elements. A working horse farm was implemented
on the existing site without altering the farm’s historical
significance. These additions included paddocks, bridle paths
an indoor riding arena, a stable, and a barn. Other site amenities
were also added including a tennis court, an airplane landing
field, and a swimming pool, enhancing the site’s distinctive
beauty.
